During a trip to New York I began to collect single, lost gloves. When I returned to London I photographed these objects and searched on blogs for entries containing the phrase 'I lost my glove'.

The images of the gloves and the text of the blog extracts inform us about two separate characters. A third character is created in the overlap between these two messages. The character that would write in the style of the blog entry and wear the kind of glove seen in the picture, a fictional character based on two loosely connected facts.
